Every capability we have today was built through years of continuous investment, engineering expertise and an uncompromising commitment to quality. The journey that began with a single CNC machine has evolved into an integrated manufacturing ecosystem serving customers across the globe.
The manufacturing journey began with a single CNC turning center and a simple vision—to deliver precision valve components with uncompromising quality. Operating as a subcontract machining partner, every component produced during these early years laid the foundation for a culture built on craftsmanship, consistency, and customer trust.

As customer confidence grew, so did our capabilities. The facility expanded to eight CNC machines while achieving ISO 9001 certification, introducing structured quality systems that would define every manufacturing process moving forward.

The addition of our first Vertical Turret Lathe transformed our manufacturing capability, allowing us to machine large rings and critical valve components up to Ø1100 mm. It marked our first major leap toward heavy engineering.

Recognizing the growing demand for integrated manufacturing, a three-acre industrial campus was acquired. This investment represented far more than land—it was the blueprint for a future built around forging, valve trim manufacturing, and complete end-to-end production.3 Acres · ≈12,140 m²

A dedicated forging facility spanning over 35,000 square feet (approximately 3,250 square metres) became operational, enabling production to begin from raw billets instead of purchased semi-finished materials. The transition marked the beginning of complete manufacturing independence.

The first international shipment marked the beginning of a global manufacturing journey. It proved that engineering excellence developed locally could successfully compete in demanding international markets.

Electroplating capabilities were added to provide enhanced corrosion resistance, surface protection and extended service life for critical engineering components. Manufacturing was evolving beyond machining into complete engineered solutions.

A fully integrated manufacturing ecosystem was established by combining a twenty-five machine CNC division, open die forging facility and electroplating operations into one streamlined production workflow.
From raw material to finished component. One facility. One quality standard. One responsibility.

ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications reinforced our commitment to environmental responsibility, workplace safety and sustainable manufacturing practices—because engineering excellence extends beyond the products we manufacture.

Manufacturing capabilities expanded into the renewable energy sector, supplying large forged components for wind energy applications and demonstrating the flexibility of our forging expertise beyond conventional industries.

The organization established itself as a trusted manufacturer of complex forgings in nickel-based alloys including Inconel, Monel and other high-performance materials used in the world's most demanding industrial applications.

Today, OREX represents the next generation of this manufacturing journey. Built upon decades of engineering expertise, integrated manufacturing capabilities and continuous investment, OREX delivers precision forged and machined components trusted across Oil & Gas, Energy, Petrochemical, Hydrogen and critical industrial sectors worldwide.
The journey continues.
